The piston rod is supported by non-metallic high performance bearing it gives extra load-bearing capacity. The hardened steel or stainless piston rod offers long life the cylinder.
Standard air cylinders are available in eight bore sizes from 12 mm to 80 mm and stroke lengths from 5 mm to 60 mm with rod support in a small length. The cylinder offers pressure ratings up to 10 bars in pneumatic and 30 bars in hydraulic version. Custom designs are also available, please contact us. Each air cylinder are pre-lubed with special grease that to resists corrosion and long life.
